Our government, all three branches, have been making fiscal policy decisions that are very bad. And we as a citizen have to get our fiscal house in order through our elected and appointed officials. THERE ARE SOLUTIONS!

Two types of of spending: 1. Discretionary Spending. 2. Mandatory Spending (NO CONTROL and consists of about 60% of the Federal Budget, which includes Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid).

Q.) How bad has our National Debt gotten? A.)’07=161B, ‘08=455B. ‘09=1.42 Trillion! or 9.9% of our G.D.P.. (Figures from O.M.B.) What does a Trillion Dollars look like?

Redwood Shores, CA 94065 – I just came from the home. It looks fabulous! Custom paint scheme both inside and out. They’re installing Ash laminate flooring and new 5” sculptured baseboards as I write this update. You are going to love the contrast of the new painted walls; ceilings, doors and jams, baseboards, and the Ash laminate flooring.

The exterior is starting to shape up nicely. New plants have been planted. Redwood tan bark has been put in place. The back yard and courtyard, which have designed pavers, have had a power wash. That hot tub sure looks inviting.

The country barn style storage shed in the backyard looks cute since it was painted the reverse colors of the house. This storage shed will sure come in handy for the new owner of this home when they are the winning offer for the “Name Your Own Price Sale”.

With the amount of work that still needs to be done; the bathrooms,
clearance on the pest control report, hanging new electrical fixtures, new plugs and switches, staging and some more landscaping, I believe it may be the first or second weekend in October before we will have our 2-day preview. It’s during the 2-day preview when you’ll have the opportunity to give your price for the “Name Your Own Price Sale”.

When you call a credit card company you hear an automatic message telling you, “to better serve you” they would like you to enter on keypad your account number. After you enter your number you are put into a loop to wait for your turn to speak with a account representative. The first thing out of the person’s mouth that answers your call is…May I please have your account number? How is that serving me better? And better yet why are they wasting my time?
